2. Effect of this Notification :
Notification No. 20, dated 21-7-2020 read with Notification No. 16, dated
29-6-2020 is amended to the extent that the export policy of 2/3 Ply Surgical
masks, Medical Goggles is amended from “Prohibited” to “Restricted” category
and export of Face Shields has been made “free”.
A monthly export quota of 4 crore units per month has been fixed for
2/3 Ply Surgical masks and 20 lakh units per month for Medical Goggles for issu-
ing export licenses to eligible applicants as per the criteria to be separately issued
in a Trade Notice.

Television sets (colour TVs) — Import policy revised from
‘Free’ to ‘Restricted’
Subject : Amendment in import policy of items under Exim Code 8528 72 of
Chapter 85 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule-I (Import Policy).
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read
with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended
from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the Import Policy of
items under EXIM Code 8528 72 of chapter 85 of ITC (HS), 2017, Schedule-I (Im-
port Policy).
