Appointment of Adjudicating Authority for specified SCN —
Amendment to Notification No. 128/2016-Cus. (N.T.)
In pursuance of notification No. 60/2015-Customs (N.T.), published vide
number G.S.R. 453(E), dated 4th June 2015 in Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, section 3, sub-section (i), and as amended by notification No. 133/2015-
Customs (N.T.), published vide number G.S.R. 916(E) dated 30th November 2015
in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section (i), issued by the
Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, under clause
(a) of section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Director General,
Revenue Intelligence, hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification
No. 128/2016-Customs (N.T.) dated 25-10-2016 published vide S.O. 3303(E)
dated 25-10-2016.
In the said notification, against serial number 11, in column 6 for the ex-
isting words, “Principal Commissioner/Commissioner of Customs (II), Custom
House, Chennai” shall be substituted.

In pursuance of notification No. 60/2015-Customs (N.T.), published vide
number G.S.R. 453(E), dated 4th June 2015 in Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, section 3, sub-section (i), and as amended by notification No. 133/2015-
Customs (N.T.), published vide number G.S.R. 916(E) dated 30th November 2015
in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section (i), issued by the
Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, under clause
(a) of section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Director General,
Revenue Intelligence, hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification
No. 11/2017-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) dated 13-10-2017 read with Notification
No. 18/2018-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) dated 5-9-2018, published vide S.O.
3321(E), dated 13-10-2017 and S.O. 4283(E) dated 5-9-2018 respectively.
In the Notification No. 11/2017-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI), dated 13-10-
2017, against serial number 3, in column 3 for the words, “C. No.
VIII/ICD/6/TKD/SIIB-Exp/DRI-SCN/13/16 dated 30-3-2016” and “C. No.
VIII/6/ICD/PPG/SIIB/GDM/27/2016, dated 31-3-2016 read with corrigendum
dated 6-4-2016”, “C. No. VIII/ICD/6/TKD/SIIB-Exp/DRI-SCN/13/16, dated
30-3-2016 read with Addendum dated 22-10-2019” and “C. No.
VIII/6/ICD/PPG/SIIB/GDM/27/2016, dated 31-3-2016 read with corrigendum
dated 6-4-2016 and read with Addendum dated 30-7-2019” respectively shall be
substituted.
