2. Effect of the Notification : Annual quota of Urad for the year 2020-21
is 4 Lakh MT and will be effective from 1st May, 2020 to 31st March, 2021. The
earlier Notification published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide S.O.
4540(E) dated 18-12-2019 read with its Corrigendum vide S.O. 4604(E) dated
24-12-2019 and DGFT’s Trade Notice No. 54/2019-20, dated 3-3-2020 extending
the date of import upto 30-4-2020 in respect of import of Urad for the year 2019-
20 will be implemented separately.

items/software/technology between India subsidiary to
its foreign parent company — Proformae of application
and end-use certificate notified
[Add on page 890 of 25th Edition of FTP & Handbook of Procedures, Vol. 1, 2019-20]
Subject : Proformae of application and end use certificate for implementation of
“Global Authorisation for Intra-Company Transfers (GAICT) of
SCOMET items/software/technology” under Para 2.79F in the Hand-
book of Procedure.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign
Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-20, the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) hereby
notifies the proformae of applications and End Use Certificate for implementa-
tion of “Global Authorisation for Intra-Company Transfers (GAICT) of SCOMET
items/software/technology” notified vide Public Notice No. 20/2015-20, dated
24-7-2019, under para 2.79F of the Handbook of Procedures (HBP) of the Foreign
Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-20, with immediate effect.
2. The proformae and their applicability to seek export authorisation
and post reporting under policy for “Global Authorisation for Intra-Company
Transfers (GAICT) of SCOMET items/software/technology, as notified vide
Public Notice No. 20/2015-20, dated 24-7-2019, is illustrated as under :
