2. A new import Policy Condition is added in Chapter 29 and 38 of ITC
(HS), 2017, Schedule-I (Import Policy) as Policy Condition 4 and 5 respectively :
The Importer shall, for, each import consignment, submit a copy of the Bill of En-
try within 30 days to the Ozone Cell, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Cli-
mate Change, New Delhi.
3. Effect of the Notification : The notification amends the policy con-
ditions for imports of various chemicals in Chapters 29, 38 and 39 of ITC (HS),
2017, Schedule-I (Import Policy).
(a) Importers of chemicals specified at S. Nos. 1 to 15 needs to submit a
copy of the Bill of Entry within 30 days to the Ozone Cell, Ministry of
Environment, Forest and Climate Change, New Delhi.
(b) For S. No. 4, Import of HCFC-141b is prohibited except for feedstock
application.
(c) For S. Nos. 16 to 18, Import of pre-blended polyol containing Group
VI substances, including HCFC-141B, is not permitted as per Ozone
Depleting Substances (Regulation and Control) Amendment Rules,
2014.
This issues with the approval of Minister of Commerce & Industry.

Subject : Supply of essential commodities to the Republic of Maldives during
2020-21.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade
(Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with
paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-2020, the Central
Government hereby allow the following quantities of Eggs, Potatoes, Onions,
Rice, Wheat Flour, Sugar, Dal, Stone Aggregates and River Sand for export to the
