                       e-SANCHIT - Paperless processing under SWIFT – Uploading of Li-
               censes/Permits/Certificates/Other Authorizations (LPCOs) by PGAs - Imple-
               mentation of PGA e-SANCHIT. — With the objective of reducing physical inter-
               face between Customs/regulatory agencies and the trade  and  to increase the
               speed of clearance in both imports & exports, a facility to upload digitally signed
               Licenses/Permits/Certificates/Other Authorizations  (LPCOs) by  Participating
               Government Agencies (PGAs) on e-SANCHIT at all ICES locations across India
               was introduced from 16-11-2018. Already 50 PGAs  have been enabled for up-
               loading their LPCOs on e-SANCHIT.  Now,  1 more PGA namely  Registrar  of
               Newspapers of India  (RNI) with  its LPCOs as specified,  is being  brought

                       Customs bonded warehouses - Electronic sealing for deposit  in and
               removal of goods from  Customs bonded warehouses  -  Circular No. 19/2018-
               Cus. and 10/2020-Cus. rescinded. — RFID sealing of goods to be deposited in or
               removed from Customs Bonded Warehouses was required vide Circular  Nos.
               19/2018-Cus. and 10/2020-Cus. which were still to be operationalized. In view of
               the representations received from stakeholders, the C.B.I. & C.  has decided  to
               review the modalities under the aforesaid circulars and a comprehensive circular
               is under consideration, therefore, above mentioned Circulars have been rescind-

                       Import of Milk and Milk Products into India - Veterinary Certificate
               requirement - Instruction. — With reference to the letter of Director (Imports),
               Food Safety  and  Standards Authority of India, the C.B.I.  & C.  has directed  its
               field formations to insist upon production of compulsory veterinary certificate
               issued by Competent Authority of exporting country in respect of consignments
               of import of  dairy products (including edible lactose)  as this requirement has
               been mandated under the Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards
               and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011. — M.F. (D.R.) Instruction No. 6/2020-Cus.,

                       Customs Area of West Quay 6 Berth at Visakhapatnam Port Trust Vi-
               sakhapatnam de-notified. — The Principal Commissioner of Customs, Visakha-
               patnam, consequent upon revocation of license issued to M/s. West Quay Multi-
               port Private Limited for violations made by them under the Handling of Cargo
               in Customs areas Regulations, 2009 vide Order in Original dated 23-3-2020, has
               de-notified the Customs Area of West Quay 6  Berth at Visakhapatnam  Port
               Trust,  Visakhapatnam with immediate effect.  — Principal Commissioner of Cus-

                                       Anti-dumping Duty
                       Anti-dumping duty  on ‘Sodium citrate’, originating in,  or  exported
               from China PR. — As a result of review of continuation of Anti-dumping duty
               on imports of Sodium citrate imposed vide  Notification  No. 19/2015-Cus.
               (ADD), dated 20-5-2015,  the Central  Government has imposed Anti-dumping
               duty on Sodium Citrate falling under Tariff Item 2918 15 20, originating in, or
