2. Effect of this Notification :
The Notification No. 04, dated 6-5-2020 is amended to the extent that on-
ly “Alcohol based Hand Sanitisers” exported in containers with the Dispenser
Pump, falling under any ITC HS Code including the HS Codes mentioned above,
are prohibited for export. Alcohol based Hand Sanitisers exported in any other
form/packaging are “free” for exports, with immediate effect.
All other items falling under the above HS Codes are freely exportable.

Subject : Amendment in Export Policy of Diagnostic Kits/Laboratory Rea-
gents/Diagnostic Apparatus.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Devel-
opment & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para
1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government here-
by makes the following amendments in the Schedule 2 of the ITCHS Export Poli-
cy related to export of Diagnostic Kits, with immediate effect :
A. The export policy of Diagnostic kits/laboratory reagents is revised by amend-
ing the Notification No. 59, dated 4-4-2020 as under :
