Paracetamol API — Export policy revised to allow export
freely
Subject : Amendment in Export Policy of Paracetamol API.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Devel-
opment & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para
1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government here-
by makes following amendment in the Chapter 29 of the Schedule 2 of the
ITC HS Export Policy amending the Notification No. 50/2015-20, dated 3-3-2020 re-
lated to export Policy of Paracetamol API :

2. Effect of this Notification :
The Notification No. 50/2015-20, dated 3-3-2020 is further amended to
remove restriction on export of Paracetamol APIs, making its export “free” with
immediate effect.

Alcohol based Hand Sanitizers — Export policy revised to
“freely exportable” from “Prohibited”

Subject : Amendment in Export Policy of Alcohol based Hand Sanitizers.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Devel-
opment & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para
1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government here-
by makes the following amendments to the Notification No. 04, dated 6-5-2020 relat-
ed to the export policy of Alcohol based Hand Sanitizers, with immediate effect :
