Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is
necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of
Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 50/2017-Customs, dated the 30th June,
2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (i), vide number G.S.R. 785(E), dated the 30th June, 2017, namely :-
In the said notification, in the Table, for serial number 55 and the entries
relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted,
namely :-

“55 1401 10 00 Bamboos 25% - -”.

Corrigendum to Notification No. 36/2019-Cus.
In the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance
(Department of Revenue) No. 36/2019-Customs, dated the 30th December, 2019,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i)
vide number G.S.R. 964(E), dated the 30th December, 2019, namely :-
(I) at the page number 9, in the Table, in serial number 1, in column (3),
for ‘against serial number 231, in column (2), for the figure “2710 19
60”, the figure “2710 19 71” shall be substituted’, read
(i) against serial number 225, in column (2), for the figures “3824
90 90”, “3908 90 90” and “3824 90 21”, the figures “3824 99
00”, “3908 90 00” and “3824 99 00”, shall respectively be sub-
stituted;
(ii) against serial number 231, in column (2), for the figures “2710
19 60” and “3824 90 11”, the figures “2710 19 71” and “3824 99
00”, shall respectively be substituted;
(iii) against serial number 233, in column (2), for the figures “3824
90”, the figures “3824 99 00”, shall be substituted;
(iv) against serial number 234, in column (2), for the figures “3824
90”, the figures “3824 99 00”, shall be substituted;
(v) against serial number 235, in column (2), for the figures “3907
99 20” and “3908 90 90”, the figures “3907 99 00” and “3908 90
00”, shall respectively be substituted.’;
(II) at the page number 10, in the Table, in serial number 8, in column
(3), -
for
‘(iii) against serial number 82, for the entry in column (2), the en-
try “2939 79”, shall be substituted;’

try “2939 79”, shall be substituted;
