Customs Notifications
Exemption to goods imported for setting up Units - 5 and 6
of Nuclear Power Project at Kudankulam — Amend-
ment to Notification No. 50/2017-Cus.
[Amend at page 819 of 71st Edition of Customs Tariff, Vol. 1, 2020-21]
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the
Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) and sub-section (12) of section 3 of the Customs
Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is
necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of
Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 50/2017-Customs, dated the 30th June,
2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-
section (i), vide number G.S.R. 785(E), dated the 30th June, 2017, namely :-
In the said notification, in List 32, after item number 12 and the entries
relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely :-
“(13) Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project (KKNPP) Units - 5 and 6
(1000 MW × 2)”.

Anti-dumping duty on ‘Aniline or Aniline oil’, originating
in, or exported from, China PR

Whereas, in the matter of ‘Aniline or Aniline oil’ (hereafter in this notifi-
cation referred to as the subject goods), falling under tariff item 2921 41 10 of the
First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) (hereafter in this noti-
fication referred to as the Customs Tariff Act), originating in or exported from
China PR (hereafter in this notification referred to as the subject country) and
imported into India, the designated authority vide its preliminary findings No.
6/42/2019-DGTR, dated the 12th June, 2020, published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary, Part I, Section 1, dated the 12th June, 2020, has provisionally con-
cluded that -
(i) the product under consideration has been exported to India from
the subject country at dumped prices;
(ii) the domestic industry has suffered material injury;
