tine to European Union — Shipment clearance certificate
by CAPEXIL mandatory — Export policy revised
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Devel-
opment & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para
1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes
the following amendment in the Notification No. 34/2015-20 dated 13-1-2017
with immediate effect, relating to export of Animal By-Products.
2. The existing entries against SI. No. 41 and 171 of Chapter 5 and
Chapter 35 respectively of Schedule-2, ITC (HS) Export Policy, 2018 shall be sub-
stituted as follows :
