2. The provision under Para 1.05(b) of Foreign Trade Policy (FTP) 2015-
20 regarding transitional arrangement will not be applicable for this notification.
3. Effect of this Notification :
The export of Diagnostic Kits [Diagnostic or laboratory reagents on a
backing, preparation diagnostic or laboratory reagents whether or not on a back-
ing, other than those of heading 3002 or 3006; certified reference materials] fall-
ing under any ITC HS Code, including the ITC HS Code mentioned above, is
restricted, with immediate effect.

Hydroxychloroquine and its Formulations — Export prohib-
ited without exceptions - Export policy revised
Subject : Amendment in Export Policy of Hydroxychloroquine.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Devel-
opment & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para
1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government here-
by makes the following amendments in Notification No. 54 dated 25-3-2020 re-
lated to export of Hydroxychloroquine and its formulations, with immediate ef-
fect :
“The Para 2 in the notification allowing export of Hydroxychloroquine
and its formulations in certain conditions specified under it, stands deleted”
2. Effect of this Notification :
The export of Hydroxychloroquine and formulations made from Hy-
droxychloroquine falling under any ITC HS Code, including the ITC HS Codes
mentioned in the Notification No. 54 dated 25-3-2020 is no longer allowed from
SEZs/EOUs or against Advance Authorisation or under the Para 1.05(b) of For-
eign Trade Policy 2015-20 or against full advance payment as specified in Para 2
of the Notification. The export of Hydroxychloroquine and formulations made
from Hydroxychloroquine, therefore, shall remain prohibited, without any ex-
ception.

Subject : Amendment in Export Policy of APIs and formulations made from
these APIs.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Devel-
opment & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para
1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government here-
by makes following amendment in the chapter 29 and 30 of the Schedule 2 of the
ITCHS Export Policy amending the Notification No. 50/2015-20 dated 3-3-2020
related to export Policy of APIs and formulations made from these APIs :
