Red sanders wood - Export by Government of Andhra Pradesh and Di-
rectorate of Revenue Intelligence - Extension of time. — The Central Govern-
ment has amended Notification No. 47 (RE-2013)/2009-14, dated 24-10-2013 to
allow Government of Andhra Pradesh and Directorate of Revenue Intelligence
time upto 31-12-2020 to complete the process of export of respective allocated
quantities of Red Sanders wood. — M.C. & I. (D.C.) Notification No. 56/2015-20,

FTP - Validity of FTP 2015-20 and its various provisions extended till
31-3- 2021. — The Central Government has amended the FTP 2015-20, with im-
mediate effect to extend the validity of the existing Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20
upto 31-3-2021. Various other changes are also made extending the date of ex-
emptions by one year and also extending validity of DFIA and EPCG Authoriza-

Iron and Steel - Delay in Shipments due to COVID-19 - Validity of
Automatic Registration Number generated under SIMS till 31-3-2020 extended.
— In view of delays in shipments due to COVID-19, the Central Government has
amended Para (c) of the Policy conditions incorporated vide Notification No.
17/2015-20, dated 5th September, 2019 to provide one-time relaxation by extend-
ing validity of automatic registration number generated under Steel Import Mon-
itoring System (SIMS) till 31-3-2020. — M.C. & I. (D.C.) Notification No. 58/2015-

Diagnostic kits - Export policy revised. — The Central Government has
amended Schedule 2 of the ITC HS Export Policy to “Restrict” export of Diagnos-
tic Kits covered under ITC HS Code 3822. — M.C. & I. (D.C.) Notification No.
59/2015-20, dated 4-4-2020. (See page E30)
Hydroxychloroquine and its Formulations - Export prohibited without
exceptions - Export policy revised. — The Central Government has amended
Notification No. 54 dated 25-3-2020 related to export of Hydroxychloroquine and
its formulations to prohibit its export from SEZs/EOUs or against Advance Au-
thorisation or under the Para 1.05(b) of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 or against
full advance payment. The export of these items shall remain prohibited, without

APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients) and their Formulations -
Export policy revised. — The Central Government has amended Notification
No. 50/2015-20, dated 3-3-2020 regarding Chapter 29 and 30 of the Schedule 2 of
the ITC HS Export Policy to allow free export of specified APIs and formulations

Track and Trace system for export of Pharmaceuticals and drug con-
signments along with maintaining the Parent-Child relationship in the levels
of packaging and their movement in supply chain - Extension of date of im-
plementation. — The D.G.F.T. has amended Para 2.90A of Handbook of Proce-
dure, 2015-20 to extend the date for implementation of Track and Trace system
for export of drug formulations with respect to maintaining the Parent-Child re-
lationship in packaging levels and its uploading on Central Portal upto 1-10-2020
for both SSI and non SSI manufactured drugs. — D.G.F.T. Public Notice No.
