GST

                       Refunds  - IGST refunds on exports-extension  in SB005 alternate
               mechanism  - Facility of  SB005  error  correction  in EDI system for Shipping
               Bills extended upto 31-12-2019. — (1)  Observing that there are still numerous
               Shipping Bills having invoice mismatches between the GST returns data and the
               Customs data presented along with the Shipping Bills resulting in SB005 error,
               which has resulted in blocking of the IGST refund  disbursal,  and considering
               that the entire country is facing unprecedented challenges due to the COVID-19
               pandemic, and that the exporters are facing genuine hardships due to the SB005
               errors, the Department of Revenue has decided to extend the facility of SB005
               error correction in the Customs EDI system for Shipping Bills  with date upto
               31-12-2019.
                       (2)  The trade, exporters, shipping  lines, Customs Brokers have been
               advised again to make efforts to understand the problems due to mismatch of
               invoices resulting in SB005 error, and to invest time and take due precautions for

                                          Customs Tariff

                       Tariff values of Crude Palm oil, RBD Palm oil, Palm oil (others), Crude
               Palmolein, RBD Palmolein, Palmolein (others), Crude Soyabean oil, Brass
               Scrap (all grades), Gold, Silver and Areca Nuts  revised. — Tariff values of
               Crude Palm oil, RBD Palm oil, Palm oil (others), Crude Palmolein, RBD Palmole-
               in, Palmolein (others), Crude Soyabean oil, Brass Scrap (all grades), Gold, Silver
               and Areca Nuts have been revised to US $ 614, 630, 622, 635, 638, 637, 660, 2883
               and 3752 per M.T. respectively. Furthermore, tariff value of Gold imported by
               eligible passenger; Gold bars other than tola bars  and Gold coins having  gold
               content not below 99.5% and gold findings have been revised to US $ 560 per ten
               gram each and Silver, imported by eligible Passenger; Silver, in any form, other
               than medallions and silver coins, and Medallions and silver coins having silver
               content not below 99.9% etc. have been revised to US $ 500 per kilogram each. —

                       Tariff values of Crude Palm oil, Palm oil (others), Soyabean oil, Brass
               Scrap (all grades), Gold and Silver revised. — Tariff values of Crude Palm oil,

               been revised to US $ 605, 618, 656 and 3023 per M.T. respectively. Furthermore,
