                                     dated 9-10-2018, the D.G.F.T. has notified the procedure for allocation of quota
                                     for import of Calcined  Pet Coke (CPC) for Aluminium Industry and  Raw Pet
                                     Coke for CPC manufacturing industry for the year 2020-2021. — D.G.F.T. Public
                                     Notice No. 4/2015-20, dated 17-4-2020. (See page E45)
                                            Advance Authorizations/DFIA - Procedural details pursuant to Notifi-
                                     cation No. 57/2015-20, dated 31-3-2020 and Public Notice No. 67/2015-20, dated
                                     31-3-2020-Extensions in import Validity period and export obligation period in
                                     Advance Authorizations/DFIA. — In view of the extension in the import validi-
                                     ty period and the export obligation period for existing Advance Authorizations
                                     (AAs)/DFIA expiring between February to July 2020, granted vide Notification
                                     No. 57/2015-20, dated 31-3-2020 and Public Notice No. 67/2015-20, dated 31-3-
                                     2020, the D.G.F.T. has prescribed the  procedural formalities to  be followed  by
                                     DGFT RAs and Trade in this regard. — D.G.F.T. Policy Circular No. 35/2015-20,
                                     dated 23-4-2020. (See page E47)
                                            MEIS - Manner of  Continuation of  Merchandise Exports from India
                                     Scheme (MEIS) for shipments on or after 1-4-2020 and Introduction of the Re-
                                     mission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Scheme. — The
                                     D.G.F.T. has clarified that benefits under MEIS for any item/tariff line/HS Code
                                     currently listed in Appendix-3B, Table 2 (MEIS Schedule) will be available only
                                     up to 31-12-2020. Till that time, as and when an item/tariff line/HS code is noti-
                                     fied to be covered under  Remission of Duties and  Taxes on  Export Products
                                     (RoDTEP) Scheme, it would be simultaneously removed from MEIS. Detailed
                                     operational framework  for the RoDTEP will be notified separately.  — Dy.

                                            Urad - Import of additional quota of Urad (2.5 Lakh MT) for the Fiscal
                                     Year 2019-20. — In view of the representations received seeking extension of the
                                     date of import of Urad beyond 30-4-2020 due to the current lockdown situation
                                     on account of pandemic COVID-19, the Inter - Ministerial Committee has decid-
                                     ed to extend the deadline for import of additional 2.5 Lakh MT of Urad to 15-5-
                                     2020 i.e. imports should arrive at Indian Ports before 15-5-2020. — Dy. D.G.F.T.,

                                            Free Sale and Commerce certificate - Application - Clarification.  — On
                                     account of delays in issuance of Free Sale and Commerce Certificates due to the
                                     prevailing COVID-19  related lockdown, the Trade and Industry has been  ad-
                                     vised to send their applications for grant of Free Sale and Commerce Certificate
                                     at the official e-mail ID of the concerned RA as per the format given in ANF 2H
                                     after payment of fee through the e-MPS  system.  RAs shall take cognizance  of
                                     such applications without asking for the hard copy of the same and issue the cer-
                                     tificate through e-mail. Any deficiency letter shall also be sent through e-mail. —
