Anti-Dumping Duty
Anti-dumping duty on Electronic Calculators of all types, originating
in, or exported from, People’s Republic of China. — The Central Government
has superseded Notification No. 24/2015-Cus. (ADD) to impose Anti-dumping
duty on imports of Electronic Calculators of all types excluding calculators with
attached printers, commonly referred to as printing calculators, calculators with
ability to plot charts and graphs, commonly referred to as graphing calculators
and programmable calculators, originating in, or exported from, the People’s
Republic of China for a further period of five years, unless revoked, superseded
or amended earlier, and shall be paid in Indian currency. — Notification No.
9/2020-Cus. (ADD), dated 27-5-2020. (See page N90)
Anti-dumping Duty on Acrylic Fibre, originating in, or exported from,
Thailand extended upto 30-11-2020. — The Central Government has amended
Notification No. 27/2015-Cus. (ADD), dated 1-6-2015 to extend levy of Anti-
dumping duty on Acrylic Fibre, falling under Chapter 55 of the First Schedule to
the Customs Tariff Act, 1975, originating in, or exported from, Thailand up to
30-11-2020. — Notification No. 10/2020-Cus. (ADD), dated 29-5-2020. (See page N93)
Anti-dumping duty on Hot Rolled Flat Products of Stainless Steel of
ASTM Grade 304, originating in, or exported from, People’s Republic of Chi-
na, Republic of Korea and Malaysia extended upto 4-12-2020. — The Central
Government has amended Notification No. 28/2015-Cus. (ADD), dated 5-6-2015
to extend levy of Anti-dumping duty on imports of ‘Hot Rolled Flat Products of
Stainless Steel of ASTM Grade 304 with all its variants, originating in, or export-
ed from, People’s Republic of China, Malaysia and the Republic of Korea up to
4-12-2020, unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier. — Notification No.
11/2020-Cus. (ADD), dated 3-6-2020. (See page N94)
