visional Anti-dumping duty on import of ‘1-Phenyl-3-Methyl-5-Pyrazolone’ fall-
ing under tariff Heading 2933 of the Customs Tariff, originating in, or imported
from China PR for a period of six months unless revoked, amended or supersed-
ed earlier and shall be payable in Indian currency. — Notification No. 13/2020-Cus.

Anti-dumping duty on Flexible Slabstock Polyol of molecular weight
3000-4000, originating in, or exported from, Singapore. — The Central Govern-
ment has extended the imposition of Anti-dumping duty on imports of “Flexible
Slabstock Polyol of molecular weight 3000-4000 falling under sub-heading 3907
20 of the Customs Tariff and originating in, or exported from, Singapore for a
further period of five years, unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier and
shall be paid in Indian currency. — Notification No. 14/2020-Cus. (ADD), dated 9-6-

Anti-dumping duty on “Nylon Tyre Cord Fabric (NTCF)”, originating
in, or exported from, People’s Republic of China Extended till 11-12-2020 —
The Central Government has amended Notification No. 30/2015-Cus. (ADD),
dated 12-6-2015 to continue imposition of anti-dumping duty on import of Nylon
Tyre Cord Fabric (NTCF), falling under Chapter 59 of the Customs Tariff, origi-
nating in, or exported from the People’s Republic of China till 11-12-2020, unless
revoked earlier. — Notification No. 15/2020-Cus. (ADD), dated 10-6-2020. (See page

CESTAT Notifications
CESTAT (Procedure) Rules, 1982 - Specified amendments by CESTAT
Notification No. 1/2020 kept in abeyance. — (1) Considering the difficulties
expressed by the Bar Association, following amendments in the Customs, Excise
and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1982 brought by Notifica-
tion dated 11-5-2020 the CESTAT have been kept in abeyance until further
orders :
(a) New sub-rule (5) to Rule 9 by which it was required that every
Memorandum of Appeal or Cross Objection and the documents filed
along with such Appeal or Cross Objection should be accompanied
by its soft copy stored in two pen drives.
(b) New sub-rule (8) to Rule 16 by which it was required that soft copies
of the Paper Book should also be stored in two pen drives and filed
along with such Paper Book.
(c) The last sentence of the substituted sub-rule (5) of Rule 28A by
which it was required that the soft copies of the stay application, the
