SCOMET - Revalidation of Export Authorisation/License for Non-
SCOMET and SCOMET items - HBP amended. — The D.G.F.T. has amended
Paragraph 2.20(b) of Handbook of Procedures (HBP) to allow revalidation of the
Export Authorization/License for Non-SCOMET and SCOMET items from

Pigeon peas and other pulses - MoU between India and Mozambique
for import of pigeon peas and other pulses grown in Mozambique - Imple-
mentation of. — In pursuance to Notification S.O. 1225(E), dated 28-3-2020 is-
sued by the Department of Commerce and as per Article 3(2) of the Memoran-
dum of Understanding between the Government of Mozambique and Govern-
ment of India on cooperation in the field of production and marketing of pigeon
peas, both parties have agreed to target export of 2,00,000 MT of pigeon peas and
other pulses grown in Mozambique to India during 2020-21. Accordingly,
2,00,000 MT of pulses has been allowed to be imported from Mozambique, dur-
ing the fiscal year 2020-21 subject to certain specified conditions. — Dy. D.G.F.T.,
