                                            Power Tillers - Procedure for allocation of import authorization. — The
                                     D.G.F.T. has notified the procedure for allocation of import authorization for im-
                                     port of Power Tiller falling under HS Codes 8432 80 20 and 8432 90 90 to imple-
                                     ment the restriction imposed vide  Ministry of  Commerce Notification No.
                                     19/2015-20, dated  15-7-2020.  — D.G.F.T. Public Notice No.  13/2015-20,  dated

                                            Sugar (raw and/or white sugar) - Quantity of 10,000 MT sugar to be ex-
                                     ported to EU under CXL Quota from  1-10-2020 to  30-9-2021 notified. — The
                                     D.G.F.T. has allocated a quantity of 10,000 MT of sugar (raw and/or white sugar)
                                     under CXL concessions to be exported to the European Union (EU) for the period
                                     from 1-10-2020 to 30-9-2021. — D.G.F.T. Public Notice No. 14/2015-20, dated 21-7-

                                            PPE Medical Coveralls for COVID-19 - Application procedure and cri-
                                     teria for export of 50 lakh PPE Coveralls per month revised. — While inviting
                                     attention to the DGFT Notification No. 16, dated 29-6-2020 vide which export of
                                     PPE medical coveralls for COVID-19 was restricted to 50 Lakh units per month
                                     and a detailed procedure and criteria for submission of applications for export of
                                     the same was outlined in the Trade Notice No. 17, dated 29-6-2020, the D.G.F.T.
                                     on examination found that all the applications received from 1st to 3rd July, 2020
                                     did not fulfilled the specified criteria. The application procedure and criteria for
                                     export of PPE Medical Coveralls for COVID-19 has since been revised and ex-
                                     porters have been invited to file fresh online applications for export of PPE medi-
                                     cal Coveralls for COVID-19.  — Dy. D.G.F.T. Trade  Notice No.  18/2020-21, dated

                                            Procedure prescribed for issue of License for Export of Samples of PPE
                                     Medical Coveralls  for COVID-19. — In view of receipt of several representa-
                                     tions from the exporters seeking permission to send samples outside India for
                                     testing purpose/potential buyers etc. the DGFT has prescribed the procedure for
                                     issuance of export license for  sending samples  of  PPE  Medical Coveralls for
