Customs Tariff
Exemption to goods imported for setting up Units - 5 and 6 of Nuclear
Power Project at Kudankulam. — The Central Government has amended Notifi-
cation No. 50/2017-Cus., dated 30-6-2017 to exempt goods imported for setting
up of Nuclear Power Project at Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project (KKNPP)
Units - 5 and 6 (1000 MW × 2) subject to conditions specified. — Notification No.
32/2020-Cus., dated 7-8-2020. (See page N47)
Tariff values of Crude Palm oil, RBD Palm oil, Palm oil (others), Crude
Palmolein, RBD Palmolein, Palmolein (others), Crude Soyabean oil, Brass
Scrap (all grades), Gold and Silver revised. — Tariff values of Crude Palm oil,
RBD Palm oil, Palm oil (others), Crude Palmolein, RBD Palmolein, Palmolein
(others), Crude Soyabean oil, Brass Scrap (all grades) have been revised to US $
680, 701, 691, 707, 710, 709, 803 and 3717 per M.T. respectively. Furthermore, Tar-
iff value of Gold imported by eligible passenger; Gold bars other than tola bars
and Gold coins having gold content not below 99.5% and gold findings have
been revised to US $ 630 per ten gram each and Silver, imported by eligible Pas-
senger; Silver, in any form, other than medallions and silver coins, and Medal-
lions and silver coins having silver content not below 99.9%, etc. have been re-
vised to US $ 746 per kilogram each. — Notification No. 65/2020-Cus. (N.T.), dated

Tariff value of Silver revised. — Tariff value of Silver, imported by eli-
gible Passenger; Silver, in any form, other than medallions and silver coins; and
Medallions and silver coins having silver content not below 99.9%, etc. have been
revised to US $ 868 per kilogram each. — Notification No. 68/2020-Cus. (N.T.), dat-
ed 6-8-2020. (See page N61)
Tariff value of Gold revised. — Tariff value of Gold imported by eligi-
ble passenger; Gold bars other than tola bars and Gold coins having gold content
not below 99.5% and gold findings have been revised to US $ 666 per ten gram
