                                     Television Sets under HS code 8528 72 11 to 8528 72 19 from ‘Free’ to ‘Restricted’.
                                     Actual user condition would not be applicable for importers applying for an au-
                                     thorization to import the goods which have been ‘Restricted’ for import in this
                                     Notification.  The procedure for grant  of license will be separately issued by

                                            Ventilators - Export Policy revised from ‘Prohibited’ to ‘Free’. — The
                                     Central Government has amended Notification No. 53, dated 24-3-2020 thereby
                                     amending the Schedule-2 of the ITC HS Export Policy to the extent that all venti-
                                     lators including any artificial respiratory apparatus or oxygen therapy apparatus
                                     or any other breathing appliance/device falling under ITS HS codes ex9018 and
                                     ex9019 are allowed export freely. — M.C. & I. (D.C.) Notification No. 23/2015-20,
                                     dated 4-8-2020. (See page E84)
                                            Diagnostic kits - Procedure and Criteria for submission and approval
                                     of applications for export of Diagnostic kits. — With reference to the Notifica-
                                     tion No. 9, dated 10-6-2020 which restricted the export  of Diagnostic
                                     Kits/Laboratory Reagents/Diagnostic Apparatus, the D.G.F.T. has fixed export
                                     quota for the specified diagnostic kits. The application procedure and criteria for
                                     export of these Diagnostic kits has also been prescribed. — Dy. D.G.F.T. Trade

                                            Medical Goggles - Procedure and Criteria for submission and approval
                                     of applications for export of Medical Goggles. — With reference to Notification
                                     No. 21, dated 28-7-2020 which restricted the export of medical goggles and fixed
                                     the export quota at 20 Lakh units per month, the D.G.F.T. has prescribed the ap-
                                     plication procedure and criteria for its export. — Dy. D.G.F.T. Trade Notice No.
                                     21/2020-21, dated 30-7-2020. (See page E85)
                                            2/3 Ply Surgical Masks - Procedure  and Criteria for submission and
                                     approval of applications for export.  — With reference to Notification No.  21,
                                     dated 28-7-2020 which restricted the export of 2/3 Ply Surgical Masks and fixed
                                     the export quota of 4 Crore 2/3 Ply surgical masks units per month, the D.G.F.T.
                                     has prescribed the procedure and criteria for its export. — Dy. D.G.F.T. Trade No-
                                     tice No. 22/2020-21, dated 30-7-2020. (See page E86)
                                            Preferential Certificate of Origin (CoO) for India’s exports to Thailand
                                     under ASEAN-India FTA - Issuance of. — With reference to the Trade Notice
                                     Nos. 12/2020-2021, dated 22-5-2020 and 15/2020-2021, dated 21-6-2020, regard-
                                     ing issuance of CoO for India’s exports under ASEAN-India FTA, the D.G.F.T.
                                     has informed that w.e.f. 1-8-2020, the CoO applications for exports from India to
                                     Thailand under ASEAN-India FTA should be submitted only through the e-CoO
                                     Platform which will generate one additional copy i.e. electronic copy along with
                                     the set of 4 copies. The electronic copy shall bear the image signature and stamp
                                     of the issuing authority. The exporter may get the set of printed certificates duly
                                     ink-signed along with the stamp from the designated issuing office for submis-
