imposed on imports of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber, falling under Chapter 40
of the Customs Tariff, originating in or exported from, Korea PR up to and inclu-
sive of the 3-12-2020, unless revoked, superseded or amended earlier. — Notifica-

CESTAT
CESTAT - E-hearing of Appeals at Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad,
Chandigarh, Delhi, Kolkata and Allahabad Benches on request of counsel -
Procedure prescribed. — The Hon’ble President, CESTAT has approved E-
hearing of appeals at Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh and Hyder-
abad Benches of the Tribunal vide Public Notice No. 2 of 2020, dated 10-8-2020. It
has been directed that appeals to be taken will be heard through video conferenc-
ing platform on a request made by the counsel. The procedures relating to listing,
technical requirements, standard operating procedures and the protocols to be
observed are described in Annexure I. Any party desirous of getting an appeal
heard by video conferencing may send a request, as prescribed in Annexure II, to
the Registry by e-mail. On receiving representations from the Bar Associations at
Delhi, Kolkata and Allahabad for extending the facility of e-hearing, it has been
directed that this system of e-hearing of Appeals shall also apply to Delhi, Kolka-
ta and Allahabad Benches of the Tribunal and will remain in force until further

CESTAT - E-hearing of Appeals at Chennai. — On receipt of represen-
tation from the Bar Association at Chennai, the Hon’ble President, CESTAT has
directed to extend the facility of e-hearing at the CESTAT, Chennai also on the
basis of a request made by the counsel. — CESTAT Public Notice No. 4/2020, dated

CESTAT - E-hearing of Appeals - Members to sit in the Court Rooms.
— The Hon’ble President, CESTAT has directed that E-hearing of appeals
through video conferencing platform will take place with Members sitting in the
court rooms. The Tribunal will also provide the facility in a room at every Bench
for the counsel to participate in the hearing. The counsel who wishes to avail
such facility may contact the respective Assistant Registrar through e-mail at
